So I have to live with an odor, and wet carpet. First key also said they are not going to do anything to the carpet until someone come and fixed the tub. They claim they are waiting for an estimate of the tub. they notify the same vendor who didn’t show up. The first vendor was a no show and then they sent their staff out. I have called multiple times and they haven’t done anything beside sent a vendor out. But I didn’t think anything of it until we noticed a leak in my child’s bedroom. I just moved in.and my tub has a dent inside it. Also we are never late and always pay!!!! Don’t rent from them!!! We have kept great care of the home and O guarantee $1,000 we will not get from the deposit of 2,500 that we had to put down to rent. First key is a joke really rude and just is money hungry. They still died even though we had a technician come out from the company and he said that the valley is all having this issue, that the irrigation timer time is perfectly set already as it was. Not to mention the other three bushes in the front that are appropriate irrigation times and amount. The bushes even by me hand watering was not enough and burned this season, they will not replace and now is my responsibility. First key wouldn’t tell me when this was in place, they planted three bushes, not connected to any irrigation first key and their gas lighting techniques when they speak to you on the phone they go in circles. They do trickery! They were notified by our hoa, that the neighborhood has new or old requirements that the hoa is needing. Been renting for two years now, we will not be by the third year a new lease. We were in a big need to move in so we just did it. We only had three photos of what the place looked like. Worst renters to rent from!!!! They are shark renters! They increase yearly by a lot! The deposits are nearly impossible. Minus the first two vendors, the last three were great, but that doesn’t make up for your property managers or the first three customer service reps who found nothing repulsive with a giant man hired for a job, alone in a home with a woman, making her fear for her safety with his unprofessional urges. I have absolutely nothing nice to say about your company and the money-greedy, non-caring ways you deal with the people paying you thousands of dollars. And that would be after dealing with the most obnoxious hold music that is only topped by the I-77 Toll Lane customer service line. The move out inspection employee was lovely and the new stove replacement was, thankfully, painless.Īnd ever other time I ever needed anything from your company, I got nothing or a run around. There were only two times FirstKey didn’t majorly disappointment, or put my safety at risk. I would get an initial reply, and never hear from her again. And then with moving out, you guys assured me I was good, then I got hit with a $75 late fee, for what? I was paid in full and reassured so, after hunting someone down via email for days! My property manager didn’t exist! I could NEVER reach them, no matter how hard I tried. After both of these, I gave up and just never used half of the master bath! I had to travel to the downstairs unit every time I needed a restroom. I lost 5 hours of waiting for them that day. That vendor failed to repair the leaking toilet and resulted in needing another vendor to come out. It took several months of communication, and four different FirstKey employees to find that wrong and inappropriate, despite me reporting it immediately. I finally relented and gave him my number just to get him to leave. He was very pushy and would not take no for an answer. That vendor then hit on me, a female, alone in the home with him. Emergency maintenance was needed to repair the buckets of water that rained down into my kitchen from the bathroom above, took two weeks to have someone come out.
